VP Exploration
Over 25 years of exploration experience in senior/officer and technical roles as well as co-founder and President of Halle Geological Services Ltd. Jesse holds a B.Sc in Environmental Sciencefrom the University of Toronto, a B.Sc in Geology from Lakehead University, and has since worked on numerous base and precious metal deposits in Canada and US, helping to advance multiple porphyry copper-gold projects in Alaska, Yukon, and BC, including Western Copper and Gold’s Casino Deposit and Copper Mountain Mining’s Copper Mountain Deposit.
VP Operations
Geologist and Managing Director at Halle Geological Services Ltd with over a decade of successful exploration and program management experience focused on porphyry copper-gold systems in BC and Yukon as well as mining and exploration projects in Africa, Alaska, and Eastern Canada, including operations management in industrial mining and processing. Emily holds a B.Comm and a B.Sc in Geology from Saint Mary’s University, is a certified Project Management Professional, and a Fellow for the Society of Economic Geologists
Bulk Sample Project Director
Joe has a B. Eng. (Metallurgy) from Dalhousie University and is experienced in Iron, Molybdenum, Copper, Coal, and Gold processing. He specializes in Operations, Maintenance and site development through project and construction management roles. He worked for the Iron Ore Company of Canada and Thompson Creek Mining filling rolls of Metallurgist, Project Manager, Superintendent, and various site Management positions. For 12 years served as Executive VP and COO for East Coast Metal Fabrication. He owns Hines contracting and filled roles as Manager of Operational Readiness for Signal Gold’s Goldboro project. He is an active member of the Mining Society of Nova Scotia (former president) and has also been an active member of the CIM and CMP.
Public Affairs Advisor
Rob’s diverse professional experience over the past 25 years includes being an interim chief executive officer in the international education sector, a communications agency co-owner and public relations practice leader and a press secretary/communications director working alongside elected officials and staff in Halifax and Ottawa, including the Premier of Nova Scotia and Conservative Members of Parliament. Through his own public affairs consultancy, Rob provides communications and public affairs counsel and support to senior leaders in a wide range of sectors. Outside of politics and business, Rob is an active community volunteer with extensive board governance experience.
Technical Advisor
Geologist with over 15 years of exploration experience conducting successful grassroots and brownfield programs, specializing in porphyry, epithermal gold and volcanogenic massive sulfide deposits. Dr. Barresi obtained his B.Sc from Saint Mary’s University and Ph.D from Dalhousie University and is involved with various exploration companies at the executive level including Director at ArcWest Exploration, past President and Director of QuestEx Gold and Copper Exploration, and Technical Advisor at Triumph Gold (past President and Director).
Junior Manager Sustainability & ESG
Over four years aiding with NOVA’s business and sustainable mining development. Environmental Scientist with a background of building environmental water monitoring programs, sustainable finance and renewable energy projects. She worked on various environmental teams for the Halifax Regional Municipality, the Canadian Federal Government (SDTC) and Net Zero Atlantic (Formally known as OERA). Savanna holds a B.Sc in Environmental Science and Business from Dalhousie University. She earned distinction list, an EIA Certificate and completed the exclusive Co-operative Program

Fellow of the CPA-CGA, ACCA, Certified Fraud Examiner, and CEPA, brings extensive experience in both private and publicly traded companies. With a proven track record in managing finance teams, Greg excels in fostering company growth and raising capital. His expertise spans all facets of accounting functions, emphasizing the review of financial frameworks and fiscal management processes. His strategic insights and leadership in financial oversight make him a valuable asset for comprehensive fiscal evaluation and enhancement.
